Do you accept ESA payments?

Yes! We are an approved vendor for ESA.

Do you accept Class Wallet Payments?

No. We send you a payment link to be paid via credit/debit card. We then email you a PDF invoice along with our credentials for you to upload so that you can get reimbursed.

Do you come to my home?

Yes! We offer a complete mobile gym service! We bring all of our equipment to your home and provide the session there!

Can I come to you?

Yes! We have a fully functioning garage gym just for you!

My child is nonverbal. Can you accommodate me?

Absolutely! We use visual aids when needed as well as verbal and nonverbal cues. Dallas and Makenzie have many years of experience working with individuals who are semi-verbal and nonverbal.

My child has sensory needs. Can you accommodate me?

Absolutely. We take sensory breaks when needed. We target our sessions based on our athlete's sensory needs! We incorporate high-intensity, heavy-weight, and/or calming yoga strategies based on the sensory input/output they need.

I am a parent. Can I join in on the fun?

Of course! We encourage parents to join in and get a good workout with us! Free of charge!

What age do you service?

We start training at 5 years old and have no end cap! We service everyone!

I am a mom! What can you do for me?

We offer adult training that is women-focused! Grab your gal pal and come get an amazing workout in! Click on over to our "women-focused training" area
