Kenzie’s Kids adaptive mobile gym was created by Dallas and Makenzie because they saw a need that was going unmet in the community. Fitness was not accessible to all individuals.
Our company provides functional fitness to those who are often dismissed. We cater to the neurodivergent community, youth communities, and families. We create sensory friendly exercises, utilize verbal/nonverbal communication, and create a workout experience for all ability levels and ages. At Kenzie’s Kids, we provide a fun, engaging, and active experience in the comfort of your own home. We are a mobile gym that takes away the hassle of going to a loud, crowded, and uninviting gym. We bring all of the weight equipment, agility drills, and sweat to you!
Our approach is fitness based and individualized. We work closely with our families to create achievable goals so that their families can shine! We collaborate with families and their team of professionals, but do not provide medical or therapy services.
Our program takes a full-body approach. We focus on the social, emotional, and mental strength through our fitness movements and activities. We believe your social/emotional health goes hand in hand with your physical health. We work hard to teach principals, such as intrinsic motivation, confidence, and life skills through targeted purposeful movement.
Kenzie’s Kids provides fitness and purposeful movement-based services. We are not occupational therapists, physical therapists, or medical providers. Our programs are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
